Make your selections, add to your cart, and send in the order! All done via the iPad menu found on every table.
And a high tech “bullet train” sends your food straight to the table from the kitchen! Remember to press the button to send the train back after removing the plates.
Felt happy and satisfied with our safe (haha) choices: salmon, shishamo, anago, soft shell crab maki, lobster salad, unagi, tuna belly, and tamago : )

the train system seems to be amazing! But what happens if someone forget to send the train back? This means other customers will have their food jam up? As I am assuming there is only 1 track?
Yup it’s pretty cool! If I’m not mistaken, there’s only one track. Once the train is at your table, a button will light up, sort of like a reminder to send the train back by pushing the button. I’m guessing if you really forget to send it back, a staff will come by and press the button for you. Go try it!
