Once you’ve tried the ramen in Japan, anything else in Singapore will be found wanting. So no comments, haha.
I’m glad that Ichibantei is not solely a ramen place. There’s sushi, udon, salads and other ala carte dishes on the menu too.
Love the red dragon roll lots! Incredible texture with deep fried ebi, slices of raw seabass, and creamy cod roe, mmm~
