Lunch at Restaurant André~
Freshly baked baguette.
Amuse bouche, porcini parmesan chips.
Lightly smoked salmon, tomato salad, basil flower sorbet.
Kaffir lime consomme, baby leek ravioli, seafood carpaccio.
Black truffle pasta.
Perigord black truffle, foie gras jelly, fleur de sel.
Niceeeee.
Pan seared fish, wild mushroom polenta bianca, potato onion praline.
Slow roast short rib beef.
Snickers 2012, my favourite out of all!
