Still loving how crispy and thin the crust is. Yes, technically it’s biscuit, not the traditional Italian pizza pizza. But who cares?
Wild truffled mushroom ($24++), always an earthy favourite of mine! And discovering how texturally wonderfully macadamia roasted pumpkin ($20++) was that evening earned Skinny Pizza a major plus point.
Half eaten.. Twice the pleasure left : )
I don’t take fried food often but when it comes to the sweet potato nibblets ($7++) here, it’s a completely different ball game!
