I still remember the fanta-bulous strawberry shortcake from 1-Caramel 3 years (3 years already?!!) ago.. Desserts at the Handy Road outlet then didn’t disappoint, nor did the savoury dishes at the Rochester boutique let us down this time. Best of all, prices are extremely wallet-friendly, especially when located in such a chi-chi area~
