As a pescetarian, most Nordic food is right up my alley as it’s largely fish/seafood-based. So I find it a shame that Scandinavian fare is not commonly found in Singapore (fyi, meatballs from IKEA are not counted). I like what we had in Fika Swedish Café; the fillings were most generous and though simple, everything came across fresh and tasty. Definitely a keeper!

Toast Skagen open faced sandwich ($18.50++), i.e. shrimp, smoked salmon, mayonnaise, Swedish roe, lemon and dill.

Smoked salmon crepe ($16.90++), mustard mayonnaise on the side.

It looks really delicious but I have never seen a toast Skagen like that in Sweden:)
