For a 3-in-1 artisanal coffee cafe/boutique/bar, Maison Ikkoku does some very yummy brekkie items. The riot of colours on our plates was gorgeous, so visually appetizing that my hunger multiplied tenfold when they were served, haha. And it’s not style over substance here, cuz pedestrian it may be, my smoked salmon scrambled was love at first bite! I love love love everything, especially the guacamole which added an extra dose of healthy creaminess. Break of dawn is the chef’s interpretation of the quintessential brunch dish, a.k.a. big breakfast, can’t go wrong with such an ample feast of goodies. We didn’t drink any coffee this time, which gave us an excellent excuse to return very soon!
