Funny that I found my perfect smoked salmon sandwich at Smoke Shack, a place that’s more famous for its smoked meat instead. The pulled pork sandwich was very juicy but I need to rave about the smoked salmon one I had. Insanely good! The salmon is smoked in-house; I’ve no idea how they do it but it’s totally different from the pre-packed versions we get from supermarkets. Fatty, smokey, no sodium overkill. Combined with avocado and green mango salad on wholemeal bread, this is one stunning sarnie.
