Can anyone tell me whether the pancake souffle (circled below) at Hoshino Coffee is as solid (in urban terms) as it looks??
It’s the only thing I really really wanted to try at Hoshino but alas, it’s already sold out by the time we devoured the mains, sob! Lesson learnt: MUST order everything at one go right from the start. Due to miscommunication, we also ended up with zero dessert cuz the kitchen closed without processing our orders.

How were the mains? 😀
Decent! But nothing to write home about, which is why I didn’t haha.
i heard that the food and desserts are not good, so you don’t have return.
The pancakes are actually quite soft! I think they’re worth the trip back.
Their service was awful when I was there.
The pancake is good stuff. Try their Hot Matcha Tea. =))
Not sure how the food fares, but their service is a complete turn off
The pancakes are very soft and fluffy:) even my very fussy brother took a liking to theirs. worth the try i think, very different from the usual pancakes. thick, soft, fluffy with a rather crispy exterior. slightly “egg-ier” than the usual pancakes. this is a bit off topic but gosh, their parfait is good!! 😀 love their green tea softee~~~
